Vicky currently works with Fauna & Flora International as their Central Asia Programme Manager, leading projects and teams in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Working on species such as endemic tulips, saiga antelope and snow leopard, as well as starting initiatives on Central Asian invertebrates. She previously worked with Buglife for 10 years as their Conservation Delivery Manager, and managed a substantial team that oversaw a large portfolio of conservation projects. At Buglife she developed large and innovative conservation projects such as B-Lines and Urban Buzz, that have led the way for pollinator conservation work across the UK. She also established the IUCN Mid Atlantic Island Invertebrate Specialist Group with Paulo Borges to champion invertebrate conservation on these endemic rich islands and she is a Trustee of the Bumblebee Conservation Trust
